Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application for Mansukh Group EWS / LIG housing scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Mansukh Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for Mansukh Group EWS / LIG housing scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India and a resident of Rajasthan.
  • The applicant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
  • For EWS: Annual household income must not exceed ₹3 Lakh per annum.
  • For LIG: Annual household income must be between ₹3 Lakh and ₹6 Lakh per annum.
  • The applicant or any family member must not own any pucca house anywhere in India.
  • Applicants must belong to one of the listed categories as defined in the scheme.
Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee allotment. Final allotment is subject to verification of eligibility and availability of plots.

Application Process

  1. Complete the online application form with all required personal, address, and income details.
  2. Review all information carefully before submission — errors may result in disqualification.
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions and submit the application.
  4. Pay the non-refundable registration fee (₹500 for EWS / ₹1,000 for LIG) via UPI or Demand Draft.
  5. Share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp to +91 1234567890 within 24 hours.
  6. Prepare a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of "Mansukh Group " and submit to our office.

Registration Fees & Payment

  • EWS Scheme: ₹500 (Five Hundred Rupees only)
  • LIG Scheme: ₹1,000 (One Thousand Rupees only)

Payment can be made via UPI, Demand Draft, or Bank Transfer to ICICI Bank A/C No: 055005501503, IFSC: ICIC0000550.

Important: The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Documents Required

  • Aadhar Card (mandatory)
  • PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Ration Card (any one)
  • Income certificate issued by competent authority
  • Category/caste certificate (for SC, ST, etc.)
  • Residential proof of Rajasthan
  • Passport-size photograph

Allotment Process

  • Allotment is done through a government-approved lottery / selection process.
  • Allotment is category-wise as per the scheme booklet.
  • Successful applicants will be notified via registered mobile number / email.
  • All allotments are subject to final verification of submitted documents.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Registration fees (₹500 / ₹1,000) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Applications can be cancelled by contacting us in writing before final allotment.
  • Mansukh Group may cancel any application if documents are found to be false or fraudulent.

Applicant Obligations

  • Provide truthful, accurate and complete information in the application form.
  • Notify Mansukh Group immediately if any information changes after submission.
  • Abide by all government housing scheme regulations applicable in Rajasthan.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and the State of Rajasthan. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
